“La petite danseuse d’eau” was conceived as a sound poem. It evokes a fairy creature that one can imagine by observing the movements of the droplets projected by a stream.

Cécile Buchet
Born in 1988, Cécile Buchet began her musical apprenticeship by studying the harp.
It is however to composition that she decides to devote herself. In 2015, she obtained the Upper Second Cycle Diploma conferring a Master’s degree, “Écriture” specialty, at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris.
Her work is inspired by both landscapes and natural phenomena, and artistic disciplines such as dance, poetry and fantastic literature. Through these themes, moreover, the constant concern of evoking moving forms is reflected.
